Returning To The Womb

At 13 days old Ms A returned to the womb, a nice cosy snug place that her sister had also sat snugly in and grew within 10 years ago. She fit beautifully.

This cast was made by the radical midwives at Glastonbury festival in 2005 just a few days before Eden was born full term, it hangs on the living room wall.

The cast was simply made by dipping bandages into plaster of Paris and layering them onto a well vasalined bump and leaving for a few minutes to harden before gently lifting off.

So even though 10 years apart these siblings have now shared the same womb space..
