Today we went on a walk to a Glacial lake in the Brecon Beacons National Park. We were going on a frog hunt! With some Freddo chocolate frogs hidden in my pocket we set off in the hope of finding frogs.
Everybody loves dinosaurs & everybody likes chocolate rice crispy cakes… and they’re even better when put together! We have some dinosaurs that visit our house and cause lovable havoc whilst the kids sleep and sometimes you never know what you’re going to wake up to find….sometimes their nocturnal antics are truly yummy 🙂
After saving the capsules from inside of our surprise eggs and quickly losing the toys to the back of the sofa we decided to make some mini activity capsules.
We decided that we wanted to make our own giant surprise egg, we used it as a sibling team building exercise & once we’d created our egg it was the kids mission to get it to the top of a huge hill intact so we could roll it back down…..everybody helped.
We decided we were going to do our own duck race! We bought a big box of 50 rubber ducks in ‘Home Bargains’ and set about numbering them up and decorating them.
