This morning Noah, 4, awoke and asked if he could have a scotch egg…’I had a dream about them mumma’ he told me. So I decided to make his dreams come true and we opted to wing it (without even the aid of Google!) and make our own. I think I impressed myself.
We thought we’d try our hand at making chocolate sprinkle bowls for ice-cream. What could go wrong?
Here’s a fabulous way to celebrate the end of the school term on the last morning!! Make a sumptuous end of term breakfast to celebrate the start of the holidays… I used some chalk pens* to write onto black card and bought some goodies.
Today we made some garlic bread using foraged wild garlic… and it was delicious!
Things are not quite what they look like!! Everybody loves dinosaurs & everybody likes chocolate rice crispy cakes… and they’re even better when put together! We have some dinosaurs that visit our house and cause lovable havoc whilst the kids sleep and sometimes you never know what you’re going to wake up to find….sometimes their nocturnal antics are truly yummy 🙂
We wanted to do some art with alternative materials so dug through the kitchen cupboard… we used coffee granules and a dry paintbrush to make our pictures on an empty photo frame.
