We headed to the deep dark wood with a few wooden spoons, our favourite book and a bundle of imagination. We didn’t spot the Gruffalo but we had fun and found hoards of evidence that he was there. It was made even more magical with the bluebells that carpeted the floor in mid May.
You can’t beat a themed bath! We decided that love was in the air and we wanted to create Valentine’s themed bath. With a quick trip to the pound store to buy some battery operated fairy lights, fake petals and red card we created a haven of love ❤️
Last week we were asked by Ocado if we would like to try out their new Ciao Gusto Italian range and we jumped at the chance! It was the perfect opportunity to get the kids together in the kitchen for some kitchen fun and together we cooked up a fabulous Friday night Italian feast.
We decided to have our own bush tucker trials with tuna filled witchety grubs, meal worms, jungle ants, wallaby willies, fish eyes & kangaroo balls all washed down with a cockroach shakes & piranha shakes. We huddle around a yummy chocolate jungle campfire and embarked on some disgusting bug challenges. At the end we crowned our king of the jungle….
