Boat Building

We headed to a lake in the forest to make our own boat builders yard, we made a sign and pitched up our tent, took a bag of off cut wood that that we got from the local sawmill for free and a bag if mixed used nails from the builders yard for £1.50, a hammer, some material for our sail (an old pillow case), some string, scissors and a staple gun to attach our sail. (You could just use nails).
The kids hammered and banged and we set sail to our boats on the lake.
