Duvet Day At The Beach 2
Everybody loves a duvet day! Snuggling down in the blankets, reading books, eating snacks and lazing around without a care in the world all comfy cozy. But how about finding a beautiful spot for your duvet day, a sea view maybe…
Well, that’s exactly what we did.
We took three inflatable camping mattresses, a battery operated air pump and some bedding to the seaside.
We set about making our bed: We blew up the mattresses and placed them on top of each other before tussling with our bedding.
It was a windy day and we discovered that the duvet cover and sheets made for a fabulously awesome activity, you have to try duvet wind socks & sheet fun!!
There’s loads of fun to be had and we’ve tons of beach activities and games you could play.
After we had finished playing in the wind we finally made our bed and snuggled down.
The kids loved the double bed and it made a difference from our previous pillow fighting duvet day which was a load of belly laughing fun!!
We read bedtime stories…
Dad even managed a snooze whilst Ms A explored the tastes and textures of a sandy flip flop…
