How yummy do these look? Heaven on a plate, chocolate scotch creme eggs… Everyone needs to make these! And they are incredibly easy to make and even more delicious to scoff.And here’s how to make them:
You will need
Mini Creme Eggs
Firstly, mould your brownies around your cream egg.
Ensire it is full covered thenleave in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool.
Melt your chocolate chunks in a bowl over some simmering water. Roll your brownie covered egg in the melted chocolate until fully covered.
Then roll it in your crushed flake.

Leave on a plate – ideally lined with greaseproof paper (we didn’t have any) – and pop into the fridge for 15 minutes until hardened.
